When you contact us via the form, we collect: first name, last name, email address, telephone number (optional) and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your request and is not shared with third parties.

2.2 Navigation data (server logs)

Our host (Infomaniak) automatically records technical data with each visit: anonymised IP address, browser type, date and time of visit, pages viewed. This data is retained for 30 days for security and maintenance purposes. It does not allow personal identification.

2.3 Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be placed for the site to function.

3. Retention period

Data from the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted within 12 months, unless legally required to retain it longer.

4. Data recipients

Your personal data is not shared with any third party, except as required by law. Our host Infomaniak processes technical data strictly within the scope of providing the hosting service.
